How To Report A Facebook Id
On Mobile
1. Open Facebook Application.
2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Touch the search bar on top of the display, type in the name of the person you want to report, tap their name, and after that tap their profile picture.
3. Tap More. This alternative is near the top of the customer's web page, just below and also to the right of their name.
4. Tap Give feedback or report this profile. It remains in the pop-up menu. Doing so brings up another food selection with reporting options.
5. Select a reason for reporting the profile. Tap one of the adhering to options in the menu:
- Pretending to Be Someone
- Fake Account
- Fake Name
- Posting Inappropriate Things
- I Want to Help
- Something Else
6. Select follow-up details if necessary. If you picked either the Making believe to Be A person choice or the I Intended to Aid choice, do the following:
- Pretending to Be Someone-- Tap Me, A Friend, or Celebrity in the "Who are they making believe to be?" section.
- I Want to Help-- Touch a factor (e.g., Self-destruction or Harassment) in the "Can you offer us some more details?" area.
7. Tap Send. It's a blue button at the bottom of the display.
8. Tap Done when prompted. Doing so verifies that your record was sent out.
On Desktop
1. Open Facebook. Most likely to https://www.facebook.com/ in your computer's web browser. This will open your News Feed if you're currently logged into Facebook.
2. Go to the page of the person whom you want to report. Click the search bar on top of the screen, key in the name of the individual you wish to report, click their name, and afterwards click their profile picture. Conversely, locate and also click their name in your News Feed.
3. Click ⋯. It's nestled in the bottom-right corner of the cover picture at the top of their account web page. Doing so motivates a drop-down menu.
4. Click Give feed back or report this profile. It's in the pop-up food selection. This opens up a home window with various reporting alternatives.
5. Select a reason for reporting the profile. Click one of the adhering to choices in the window:
- Pretending to Be Someone
- Fake Account
- Fake Name
- Posting Inappropriate Things
- I Want to Help
- Something Else
6. Select follow-up details if necessary. If you picked either the Acting to Be Somebody choice or the I Intended to Aid option, do the following:
- Pretending to Be Someone-- Tap Me, A Friend, or Celebrity in the "Who are they claiming to be?" area.
- I Want to Help-- Touch a factor (e.g., Self-destruction or Harassment) in the "Can you provide us some more information?" area.
7. Click Send. This blue switch remains in the bottom-right edge of the window.
8. Click Done when prompted. This validates that your report has been sent out.
