For example, the update schedule for Android 10 for Samsung Galaxy series smartphones will differ from the scheduling for the ZenFone series Asus smartphone, as well as for manufacturing Xiaomi, Huawei, and others.

This relates to the readiness of each manufacturing, because the OS used in the device is not ' pure ' Android, for example in Samsung wrapped in the interface of One UI or in MIUI for Xiaomi. The developers of each manufacturing must adjust for the Android 10 update to not reduce the user's convenience.

Why Google chooses the name Android 10

Google announced the official name of Android Q, namely Android 10, at the end of August 2019, which is out of tradition, because this ' green robot ' operating system usually uses ' identity ' dessert, from Cupcake (1.5) to Pie (9.0).

Google explained, this change in naming tradition is based on feedback for years. The names of the desserts that are usually used as passwords for each version of Android are not always understood by everyone in the global community.

The names of food such as Nougat, Eclair, Froyo, or Marshmallow may be popular in some countries. However, in other areas these two foods may not be known.

"For example, L and R cannot be distinguished when spoken in multiple languages. So when some people hear us say Android Lollipop hard, it is not intuitively clear that it refers to the version after KitKat,  "Explanation Google.
