If you want to use these modes, you'll need to update the Instagram app on your phone and then turn on that mode. However, this mode can only be used if you are running the Android 10, MIUI, and One UI systems on your phone. If you don't have Android 10, MIUI and One UI, you'll need to wait for Facebook to add a toggle in your Instagram settings.
